Job Description

Customer handling, grievance management
Prepare the Annual budget and share with Resident's Welfare Association (RWA)
Ensure the billing is timely and collections
Overseeing financial reports and operational budgets
Effective delivery of promised services to the community
Emergency and basic medical support system management
Relationship management with local authorities and service providers
Interaction with Resident's association and information exchange
Estate rounds and upkeep of the property
Team Management including hiring and training
Managing observations and complaints
Effective response to and management of emergencies
Transport management, Housekeeping, Security and Horticulture management
Vendor management
Supervision of dining services
Resident Satisfaction through interaction and sharing of information
Implementation of company's core values
Reporting to senior management on key issues, implementations, constraints and proposals for continuing improvements
Timely Newsletters and communique
Asset Management, managing Annual Maintenance Contracts
Ownership of recreational and wellness activities for seniors
Implementation of processes and SOPs (Standard Operational Procedures)
Attending meetings with residents and management
All preventive maintenance activities
Data collection and management (resident/Next of Kin)
Legal compliance

Salary: INR 4,00,000 - 8,00,000 P.A. Best in Industry
