Job Description

  • Administer statutory compliance effectively and efficiently (EPF/ESIC/PT/Income tax/ BOCW/ Labour dept/gratuity/minimum wages/shop establishment /contract labour)
  • Quarterly audit of compliance processes, documentation, salary and its related accounting
  • Ensure applicable benefits to workers (BOCW) to employees (ESIC & EPF)
  • Supervise liasoning & coordinate with Govt Dept on statutory compliances (EPF/ESIC/Labour/LIC-Gratuity / BOCW board) as and when needed.
  • Quarterly Training of Team on Statutory compliance and other HR related updates at branches and sites
